D-269 – Cold Heading, Drawing and Stamping Oil

D-269 has been formulated for the metal flow class of operations as found in heading, extrusion, and coining. The formula for D-269 ensures that it can be easily combined with a wide variety of precoats to provide exceptional lubrication qualities capable of the most severe extreme pressure lubrication demands, especially those found during massive upset and reverse extrusion processes.

ADDITIONAL NOTES: Corrosion can occur when D-269 is applied to copper, brass, titanium, high nickel alloys, and magnesium due to the presence of sulfur of chlorine.
