NR-106 – Water Soluble Corrosion Inhibitor

NR-106 is our non-foaming organic corrosion inhibitor, highly recommended for use in circulating cooling systems where lead, solder, and aluminum are in contact with water or aqueous solutions of glycols or alcohols.
NR-106 as a surface-active agent and corrosion inhibitor, has shown to be effective in non-petroleum based hydraulic fluids. It is also applicable to grinding coolants, as well as metal cleaning compositions, the residual film left on metals is protective for prolonged indoor storage.
 
Metals & Potential Applications-
Machining and grinding cast iron, grey iron, and Meehanite.
Honing of gears, brake drums, engine blocks, automatic transmission governor valving, water pump housings, etc.
